    In this process, the linear tolerance is 0.00003inch, roundness of 0.00002inch.
  • Hard Turning
    Our hard turning process can machine parts with hardness over 58HRC after heat treatment.
  • High Precision I.D. and O.D. Grinding
    This process can machine shafts with diameter within 30inch, length within 40inch, roundness of 0.00002inch.
  • Deburring
  • High Precision O.D. Centerless Grinding
    This is used for shafts with diameter within 8inch, length within 15inch.
