Precision Machined Parts Process
Precision parts CNC machining is the subtractive process where material needs to be removed from a raw product. It is essential in designing and creating machines, parts, tools, and other hardware which are essential in modern manufacturing. Frequently used tools include milling machines, lathes, Electric Discharging Machine, saws, and grinders.
Types of Machining Processes
- Precision Honing
In this process, the linear tolerance is 0.00003inch, roundness of 0.00002inch. - Hard Turning
Our hard turning process can machine parts with hardness over 58HRC after heat treatment. - High Precision I.D. and O.D. Grinding
This process can machine shafts with diameter within 30inch, length within 40inch, roundness of 0.00002inch. - Deburring
- High Precision O.D. Centerless Grinding
This is used for shafts with diameter within 8inch, length within 15inch. - Heat Treatment
